You were not able to help me. The girl on the phone tried her best to help me but it was not successful.
The pure Flix app no longer comes up on my tv. My membership is automatically paid this past week. This is my 3rd year with membership.
No matter how I state the question it does not get answered it jumps into something else that has nothing to do with my questions.
Im trying to find out why I received an email charging me for pure flex and no way that I put it. I do not get an answer.
Why I can't access my account
I had a very bad experience. I have been with them for a long time.
They had charged my account on the 8th of this month. And then turned around and canceled my account. Stating that I havent been paying and I dont have an account with them.
But on my bank statement it shows. I would like a full refund for the whole year and more than half money back.

paid for a year! because we could get a cheaper rate than with Amazon

They do an amazing job at fixing the issues they resolve the issue fairly quickly really good clean programming

Cancel membership
I was not notified of membership renewal and quite frankly even forgot we had a membership as we used it only once. I was surprised when I got a notification from my credit card of billing.
I called a spin as I could to cancel, told they don't refund, but they did anyway. I appreciate the service regardless of policy.

Received a call from Rick Bonn, Head of Development & Acquisitions at Pure Flix Entertainment Pictures. He emailed me stating that PureFlix is interested in my Christian-themed war story for a movie. He said I needed to take my book and write a movie script. When I finished, I sent him the script, but they told me Rick had died. Now, I have a book, a movie script, and a movie treatment. I would love to submit my story to whoever took Rick's place. Can you provide me with the contact info for Rick's replacement so I can send my movie treatment? Attached is the movie treatment.

You send me an email with the subject being pissed customer that is so unprofessional. Im still unable to get into my account every time I try to go in I need to put take a picture of the QR code and then I have to do that Each and every time which is unacceptable it happens on both my TVs the one in the bedroom and the one in my living room.
Im a pain customer and I cant even get into what Im paying for. Hasnt been resolved.

Message says "cannot stream" for 2 days now
Suddenly while watching it freezes and says "cannot stream". When trying to go back to finish the movie, the same message simply appears and it seems frozen.
We are unable to watch all the movies listed.
We are unable to play a lot of the movies offered. We go to the play box and it goes back to the screen that showed the movie.
We pay for all the movies not just some.
Also, since they joined Great American the streaming is horrible. We wish we hadn't renewed our subscription.
Only one free 7 day trial for life!!! Really
Tryed to do 7 day free trial but was informed only one 7 day free trial for life!!! Really have had u service since 2018
